1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyBinder ("the Service"), including the mobile application and web application at mybinder.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyBinder is a trading card game (TCG) collection management platform that allows users to catalog their card collections, track portfolio value, scan cards using AI-powered recognition, and manage transactions. The Service supports multiple card games including Pokémon TCG, Riftbound, and Flesh and Blood.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You may authenticate using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. We do not store your passwords. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

MyBinder offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by MyBinder and protected by intellectual property laws. Card names, images, and related content are trademarks of their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Legend Story Studios, etc.) and are used for identification and collection tracking purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (your collection data, transaction records, etc.).

7. Market Prices & Portfolio Values

Card prices and portfolio values displayed in the Service are based on third-party market data and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data. Portfolio values should not be relied upon as financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your collection data will be deleted. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through Apple or Google before account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
